The leader of the Big Bang is Kwon Ji Yong but his fans call him G-D or G-Dragon.(Yong in Korean means Dragon). Kwon has been trained by the YG Family since he was 12 years old. During his training, Ji Yong and fellow Big Bang member, Young Bae were known as GDYB. They had a strong fan base even though they never released an album.
Ji Yong has a great interest in fashion, saying that if he had not been a singer, he would've worked in fashion industry. Besides rapping and beat-boxing, he writes and produces many of Big Bang's songs. Most notably Big Bang's hit single "거짓말 (Lies)", which topped almost every online and offline charts in Korea for more than two months since the release. He also wrote the song "마지막 인사 (Last Farewell)", which also followed the success of "거짓말 (Lies)."

omgsh, when i heard a first time GD:s voice, i fall in love. I download over 600 pictures of him, all songs what i found of Big Bang. Everything. Now i try look for Big Bang's e-mail, that i can sent a message for them and ask, would they come to Finland, 'cause i wanna see Big Bang in live. There, Finland, is over 200 fans ^^. I really love song ' she can't get enough ' , 'cause G-Dragon's voice is soooo cute on it <3 ! My sister and brother listen Big Bang too :p
