Kuja makes Sephiroth look really boring. I mean Sephiroth was great, he was fantastic, but it's not like Square Enix didnt take the licensing agreement on Sephiroth and ran with it too far past the finish line you know what I mean? Whereas Kuja on the other hand is so awesome, the Final Fantasy team has been trying to copy his persona over and over again in the latest FF Villains, ie Seymour, Vaine. A beautiful and mysterious villain, who's poetic lingo and narcisistic attitude makes him the most obviously evil of all the villains yet. And that makes his violent and sadistic transformation near the end of the game so much more amazing. Who didn't get goosebumps when he induced a trance and destroyed Terra?

 Sephiroth is highly overrated, Oh wow, he burned a town and killed a chick, Kuja destroyed an entire planet in less than a minute, using only his own power, and almost reversing creation , ceasing all life to exist if you prefer. And he's so poetically evil, by far the best Final Fantasy villain. And unlike Sephiroth, HE WASN'T DEFEATED. Kefka comes in on 2# place.
