Kiba Inuzuka

Kiba Inuzuka is a special ninja. His clan has a unique connection with canines(dogs). He has inherited sharp fangs and fingernails. Shortly after his academy days, Kiba's mother presented him with his own partner, a cute white puppy with brown floppy ears. Akamaru is both his partner and his friend. He trains with him constantly to become stronger. 

In the Chuunin Exams, Kiba battled against Naruto. He had Naruto crawling in the dirt, injured and exhausted. However, Naruto never gave up and won the match.

When Sasuke ran away to Orochimaru, Kiba was chosen to be part of the Sasuke Retrieval Squad. The legendary Sakon from the Sound Ninja Five fought against him in a death match. Sakon used his curse mark to attach to Kiba and attempted to suck the life out of him. Kiba stabbed himself in the side with his kunai so Sakon would leave his body. It worked but Ukon, Sakon's brother created by the curse mark, cornered him and tried to end him. With Akamaru unconscious and his internal organs severely damaged, Kiba eventually didn't stand a chance. If it weren't for the Sand ninja Kankorou's intereference, Kiba would've surely died.
