This drama attempts to answer the question of whether two people — a famous actor and an ordinary woman — can learn to love each other in a marriage agreed only on paper. It also explores the meaning of the family by presenting that no matter how hard the present may seem, the world is still a good place because of those who bring hopes into our lives through their presence alone.
This drama features diverse characters: considerate, caring, frank, patient, and sticking to life’s basic values. But no matter how different the personalities, everyone finds happiness in the end.
This drama is based upon a manhwa of the same title, Full House by the Korean cartoonist Won Sooyeon.
A naive, cheerful, albeit somewhat reclusive writer, Ji Eun is swindled out of everything she owns — not by strangers, but her best friends! Stranded in another country, she is determined to get home, only to find that all which is precious to her has been sold. In an attempt to get her possessions back, she has to “sell her soul.” A story about love and heartbreak, sadness and self-preservation. In spite of it all, Ji Eun manages to be humorous and endearing – even when her heart is breaking.

This drama is good but not great! The beginning and the ending are great but somewhere in the middle the whole thing felt like a repeation and the writers ran out of idea's. I felt bored because all I can see is the two good looking actors in the house cleaning or argueing.
Song Hye Kyo is very pretty but her acting just sucks BIG time. She's not believable but I like her because she's very pretty and cute.
Bi Rain is actually good! playing someone who doesn't know how to express love for others. I believe he can do anything from a singer-dancer to an actor! He is brilliant!
Bi and Song Hye Kyo are good looking but I think they don't fit because SHK is too short for Bi Rain.
Don't hate me for my criticism but this is just my personal views.
who said SHK did not justify the role? pssss…. yeah it's kind'a redundant, they kept on quarrelling but that's the reason why i loved them… i have a dvd of this and i kept on watching it every weekends (coz weekdays i dont have time).... i know every single part of the house, my favorite there was the broken faucet ahahahah! everything is simple and i loved every part of this drma, i also believe this is the drama which opened the gate for KOREAn romaNtic Comedy Drama GENRE… they were able to justify the role…. i really dont know how come princess hours topped! here in philippines fullhouse has beaten the rival in ratings. SHK and RAIN, go get married! ahaha

Huh……to think that’s fools to this extent can exist in this earth, actually I’m more amazed of how many people who think that this shallow mind criticism is actually true…
For your information this repeated pattern in the story that you complain about carry with it a hidden meaning that people who say” very cute , how funny…..” will never comprehend. Actually the true essence of this drama lies within the hidden expression and gestures but for a fool who look away from a far looking at this drama with an eye scanning a newspaper it's impossible.
I will a ctually a gree with you on one thing, Bi rain is really good that because his character is easy to read even for superficial people like you. However,Song Hye Kyo role is very difficult as her feelling thorghout the drama in a rapid change but she did a splendid job I have to say . If you can say that she sucked big time it mean you didn't understand her charcther at all .If I were going to explain anyfurther I would take at least three page and even I doubt your rock head will understand what I'm saying.....
I came here looking for drama that protray the depth of feeling I sensed as I watched this drama ,but I guess I'm not in the right place. It's sad but true that there won't be any drama that will please me as 'fullhouse' anytime soon even though I watched it seven years later .
