I added some photos of real Italian dishes like pasta with pesto sauce (that green stuff!), polenta, beef carpaccio… :-D

I've just been in Copenhagen and I was appalled by the menus of self-proclaimed Italian restaurants: there were dishes I've never heard of and sounded gross* Sealed ...and badly written, which suggest the owners are from any country but ours. I'd recommend anybody coming to Italy to try the real Italian cuisine!! Wink

 *The "best" was "scaloppine al filetto"...

the delightful tastes of Italian food has got me in love with it!!!......

nevertheless, my favourite of them all will always be the Lasagne and Spaghetti!!!!.......
