Yakuza boss Anjo disappears with three hundred million yens. To be honest after watching the trailer I chickened out on watching the whole movie. I peeked at parts when my boyfriend rented it… then retreated to the computer.

I love Miike's work.
Well, I have to say this is My favourite Movie! I enjoyed almost every second of it & I watched Ichi like 10 times already and will watch again! The ending was really disturbing, I didn't get it at first but I suppose Miike left the ending unclear so that anyone could interpret it however they want, tho there might be some hidden thought :) The acting was very professional, the characters were impressive, Asano's make-up was great, well I even liked those -in some parts- hilarious special effects :D
If you haven't seen it, it's a MUST WATCH!
