Stated by Ron Perlman in 1997’s “Alien: Resurrection” (directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet). This is simply a great catch-all phrase to use when anyone annoys you, pisses you off, gets in your way (i.e., the moron on the freeway who just cut you off, traps you behind him, and is now driving a good 25 MPH below the speed limit), etc..
