Hu Ge

Hu Ge (simplified Chinese: 胡歌; traditional Chinese: 胡歌; pinyin: Hu Ge; born 20 September 1982 in Shanghai, China) is a Chinese film actor and pop singer best known for his portrayal of Li Xiaoyao in The Legend of Sword and Fairy.

Early life

Born and raised in Shanghai, China, Hu Ge is an only child.

Music

While Filming Legend of Sword and Fairy, Hu Ge was invited to sing two of the recording songs in the soundtrack - June Shower & Xiao Yao Sigh.

He was travelling and got into an accident. His assistant died but he survived . Although he had survived, he had to undergo surgery. The entire healing process required approximately one year. Due to his injury, the filming of The Legend of the Condor Heroes, which he was filming during the time of his accident, was halted for exactly one year.
