Wow, I would never have considered a hot towel a luxury item on terra firma, but when you’re 2000 feet above the ocean, you take what you can get! I regard the rejuvenating properties of the hot towel essential to my overall flight comfort, and for this very reason, choose to fly Singapore Airlines only.
They’re nice, but I always feel awkward when I get one, and never know exactly what to do with them. And then they start to get cold, and it’s that semi-cold wetness on the tips of the threads…
