Oh, to be 38 forever…

While much of the show’s original focus was on the mischievous Bart and his strange childish schemes, after a few seasons the focus shifted towards Homer and the bizarre situations he gets in. Another true breakout character!

I was supposed to add him in “The Best Breakout Character” category… but I think this character (just like Captain ack Sparrow) is already voted into so many categories that it has already reached the maximum number of categories it can be voted into (shrug).

Here in Malaysia, in a major shopping mall, they set up a Simpsons display with life-sized models of the characters sitting on their couch (promoting the movie, of course).

Anyway a few days ago, a couple of people sneaked into the mall at like 3 in the morning and stole Homer Simpson from the display. They’re offering $1000 for his return, I think.

It was a pretty funny story.

When my dad is drunk he acts like Homer, I can't stop laughing at him. He has big round belly as Homer's, a few hair at the back of his head and another some above his ears (and some hair on the top), and he mumbles like Homer, saying funny things and hitting his head in door frames… I love him. :)
