if you think about the acting, yes maybe. but the storyline loses its credibility, the longer the series gets

Initially I had reservations about Heroes…however the last episode (Hiro in the future) was just brilliant.

Fantastic.

Best. Season Finale. Ever.

Oh yeah, it was so mean putting a little "teaser" for the next season in at the end of the finale!  I've been tortured all summer.

I know… It's pretty much the only show I watch now, so you can imagine my anticipation.

i wonder if there really are ppl like that… but then i would be saying Xmen exist too… haha…

Damnable amnesia storyline.

 They have to break out a cliche (pardon the lack of accent, I'm lazy) every now and then, though, eh?

i got to knw the series in the summer and after watching the first episode i didnt stop until the 22nd :) cnt wait for the second season!

Toe removal looks like a horrific and painful operation.

Yeah, I agree Melissa, the flying stalker guy is pretty dashing...

And yes, her toe removal was KICK ASS. At first I thought that if I were Claire, I'd never be able to do that, but then I figured after going through all the pain she's gone through already, her pain tolerance has probably sky rocketed. 

But why would she want to try it out?

Curiosity has it's limits surely!?!

If she can get shot, break bones, DIE, and whatever amazing feats she managed, and some how regenerate with not a scratch on her, then I can understand if she'd like to know if she could regenerate body parts. Plus, it would be handy information in dangerous situations. Maybe it could save someone's life.

Ha!  Unless she picked it up off-screen, her baby toe is still somewhere on the carpet.

Maybe it regenerated into another Claire - how confussing!

Hmm.  What would happen if she cut herself exactly in half, and then separated the halves?  Would she CLONE?

I'm personally for whatever her head is attached to regenerating, and everything else just sitting there.

I'm sure she has some limites. Like, getting her head chopped off.

Wouldn't her power stem from her brain though? Limbs regrowing suggests it's hin her skin or DNA, but wouldn't she have to have the mental capacity and ability to actually regenerate, e.g for her body to make that decision?

Where's Chandra Suresh when we need him, and why haven't the producers released it as a book yet?!?

Well, if you remember the very first time she ever got really hurt other than jumping, when she was being raped by that guy? Well, she did in fact die, until they removed the stick from her neck. Then she was able to regenerate. So, I don't think she'd be able to if you chopped her head off or split her in half.
