It just adds something extra to that experience. I've leart a lot from female best friends.
What arethe advantages for guys? It seems girls benefit more but all psycholgical studies show that itismore theraputic for guys. Someone list what men gain out of having a female best friend.
I have my girl best friends, but I also have my boy best friends. :D
I do tend to spend more time with the boys rather than the girls. Maybe we have more in common, I don't know. All I do know is that it's a less troubled relationship. :D
Answering to john.duke10, I do believe that guys tend to be crazier than chicks. xD
Therefore, girls can be kind of a stabilizer to them.

In my personal experiences, boys listen and they don't really judge me when I get something off my chest (ha. ha.) and girls speculate everything I say and turn it into something negative. I'm proud to say my best friend is indeed a boy, and he's also the best boyfriend in the world.
Don't get me wrong, I do have a lot of girl friends. :D
