Hana Kimi, or better known as Hanazakari no Kimitachi e in Japanese. This Taiwanese TV Series is based on the actual manga, created by Hisaya Nakajo.
Summary: Hana-Kimi centers on Mizuki Ashiya, a Japanese girl who lives in the United States. One day, she sees a track and field competition on TV, and becomes attracted to one of the competitors, Izumi Sano, competing in the high jump. She begins to idolize the young athlete and eventually transfers to Japan to attend the same school that Sano attends. There is a catch, however—Sano attends an all-boys high school, named Osaka Gakuen, and Mizuki must disguise herself as a boy to enter. The majority of the series happens during Mizuki’s second year at Osaka (from volume 4 onwards), although her first year was significant for her being able to remain in Osaka. yes the guys are definitely smokin hot! but i like HANA KIMI JAPAN more… the lead female's appearance doesn't give justice to the hotness of the guys… pity… acting's good though, i gues, but hana kimi JAPAN is still the best… they are both good but tie breaker has got to be the girl! hahahahaaha i mean cmon! she's surrounded by guys and she's what? UGLY??? sorry… wu zun is hot… jiro too but ella… im just sayin… nothin to do with the acting

NO I HATE THIS DRAMA!!! no offense to apparently a lot of people who liked it. but EW the acting was horrible!!!! ella cant act she is WAY to exaggerated it wasn't even funny. no offense but she's definitely not pretty enough for being an actress. look at the japanese version, the girl is so much prettier. and not fat. and not short. either way the only people i know who like this drama are taiwanese __ everyone else hated it. dont watch it.

wooohoo!!! i love this drama..even if im not a japanese or taiwanese but then, this drama make sense and humurous..thanks so much, this is my one 1 fav drama..i hope they will make part 2 coz televiewers are not satisfied by the ending..i do hope they will make it up for the part 2.I cant wait though..and also i want to say something for those who belittle this drama, plz.. show some respect to the ones who have been sacrificing making this drama come to life.its sad that u only want to see other people's mistakes and downfall but u, urself dont see ur own mistakes. we cant always please everybody, but i hope u also have conscience of respect for others if u dont want others to treat u bad.im just concern. and respect others liking,coz if not u only bring animosity and hatred by that kind of attitude.
Ella and Wu Zun..both are so good!!! keep up the good work!!! more dramas from u guys :)))) u've been an inspiration to us and we've got a great lesson out of it :)
Ella is not ugly, she just has a VERY unflattering haircut.
The real problem is that she overplays like crazy. Sometimes, overplayed characters can be funny, but here it was so AWFUL that I just coudn't watch the show! The actress of the Japanese version is way more subtle.
