Growing a Tree

Growing a tree can be difficult or easy, depending on the tree and depending on how much you want it to grow.

An acorn will grow into an oak tree, but it takes time. At the least, plant a seed and protect it, whether you put it in a pot on your windowsill or in a hole in your backyard. If your seeds won’t grow, keep trying.

Eventually, they’ll notice that you want them to grow.

Plant a new Truffula. Treat it with care.

Give it clean water. And feed it fresh air.

Grow a forest. Protect it from axes that hack.

Then the Lorax and all of his friends may come back.
