Green Tea, ahhh, a great beverage in itself, but also has some great health benefits. There are many different green teas coming from different areas in China and Japan.

Green tea has been claimed to be useful for:- Cognition
- Stopping certain neurodegenerative illnesses such as Alzheimers
- Preventing/ treating cancer
- Treating Arthritis
- Treating MS
- Preventing the degradation of cell membranes by neutralizing the spread of free radicals (which occurs during the process of oxidation)
- Burns fat and increases metabolism

The best green tea (unsweetened) in a bottle: Ito En (Tea’s Teas) Lemongrass-Green, Green-White and Rose-Green. IMHO , anyway…

Green tea, aside from being very healthy for you it also makes your nails grow faster. Never saw green tea ice cream, sounds good!
