After celebrating another Easter with my Family (Don’t really care about the Easter, the family gathering is what counts), I am reminded how amazing my Nonna’s (Italian for Grandmother) Pasta is. They hand-make it, it’s whole wheat, and has a very soft flavour. The sauce they add is a tomato/vegetarian – nothing rich. Very nourishing and stodgy.
