Sexy or not, I can’t see anything smaller than a large dog without mine… so when I lose them it’s a major crisis!

I’d never bother with contact lenses, though.

Despite my picture I do wear glasses (I have since I was three), usually just to drive. When I am reading, or working on the computer I do not need them. I don’t do contacts either.

I used to know someone who needed glasses (rather like I do) who hardly ever wore them; through vanity, I suspect. He never wore them when driving. When asked why, he said, “Well, I know all the roads aound here.”

I enjoyed that story. It’s funny (aside from being funny in itself) because now there are all these fraudulent people around buying glasses with lenses that are just glass because they want to look “edgy” or “intelligent” or whatever. But let it be noted that some of us had genuine blindness issues before it was all the cool new thing.

i actually wear glasses and i really hate it!

my friends will say " oh you look genius" everytime i wear it.. and some people look at you and think you're a nerd.. that annoys me..

but i cant live without it... its my life..

I've had these same pair of glasses since the beginning of 8th grade. I start college in fall.

im so glad I dont have to wear glasses any more, I love my contacts!

Need mine for reading and playing games/on the computer. According to the optician I need them to drive as well, but since I haven't learnt how to do that yet, well, go figure.

i often wish that my eyesight was worse sao i could wear some really sexy glasses. but my eyes are just fine. so no fun for my face.

When I first got my glasses,I didn't care,but now,everyone says I look weird without them...and I have a thing about wearing contacts,so I've grown to love them :D
