Ghosts

I think I have a ghost in my house. My dog always barks at nothing, and the lady that lived in this house before me said that the person who lived in it before her died.

Or maybe she's just a liar and my dog is retarded

Animals may very well be able to see and communicate with the spirits of the deceased. In fact, pets are commonly believed to have out-of-body experiences every time they sleep. They may even follow you to work in the astral realm. It would explain how some animals know they're owners are returning home, well before they even enter the neighborhood.

my house has several ghosts . . . we co-exist quite nicely. I leave them alone, and they generally leave me alone, but it bugs the hell out of me when they play video games at night, or go running up and down the bleedin' hall at two in the mornin'.

Ghosts playing video games?

They may try, but I'll bet they die all the time.

They don't actually play the games, but they turn the consoles on and off. Ghosts manipulate electricity, its why lights go on and off sometimes if there is a ghost in the house.
