Intense and introspective, George was very much the one whose intellectual and cultural explorations influenced the direction of the band
This guy wrote some stellar tunes
You are right Ezanee…. I almost cry whenever I hear Beware Of Darkness, Something or While My Guitar…... Sooo great! :)
Watched the Concert for George for the first time tonight…. so sad… why did he have to die so young? :( He was an awesome guy.
well i hate to brust your bubble but most of his songs were the same things over and over again… if u ask me
ileah, you need to listen to 'All Things Must Pass' (the whole album) or 'The Inner Light' I don't think the man ever wrote the same song twice.
maybe, i guess i have never listen to any of his albums A.B. (after beatles)
Oh my.
i know look what ive been missing right :)
George was one of the underated beatles. people always say he was the backbone. that wasn't true we don't know too much about how he was treated in the beatles. just because on a few albums he didn't get many songs in doesn't mean that he's only the backbone.
for ur sake im gonna leave that one alone
Oh dear… can anyone have been missing a song like 'Beware of Darkness'.....
i guess so… such a shame. (i guess) :)
Oh well you can still listen to it ;)
this is true but it would take an efffort i really can't spare… :) jk what song was it again?
Beware of Darkness… a masterpiece, believe me ;)
'k i'll check it but im not promising anything ;)
I like it… i don't know if you will. But I am really into George's style…
cool :)
:)
:p :) ;0
I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.
my favorite beatle. he was the quiet one, but his songs are so much more than just highlights. the voice of an angel, and finger made specifically for playing a guitar like a god wishes they could. <33333 george
I LOVE THAT PICTURE I REMEBER WATCHING THE HELP DVD AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THAT WHEN IT WAS ON
LOVE U GEORGEY
