The absolutly best Gelato is produced in Australia at Salt, Kingsclife Nrth NSW. Valentino Giannani is a second generation gelato maker, his father still makes it at his village shop in Vernazza Italy, if you go to Kingscliff in NSW go a few km south to Salt Village and look out for Gelato Vernazza, you won't be dissapointed! www.gelativernazza.com
