Why would the French nationality be better than another? Pourquoi la nationalité française serait meilleure qu’une autre?

Well they aren’t better, after all, they are made of the same mold as the rest of humanity. However, their packaging may to some (including me-note: an American) may appear superior due to their ravishing style and sexy accents. Of course, it’s dangerous to speak of people in generalizations, so we would be better to avoid the favorites game.

French is not a dead language, what retard put that category there? Hm. French is a very sensual language, wish I’d learnt it instead of Japanese.

I don’t speak a word of French, but I must say it sounds so good when people sing in French. Ive sung a few songs in French for choir. It was fun.

French is like…the worst language to learn…especially because it's mandatory. Maybe if it wasn't I would like to learn it, but…No. I just hate this language.

You know what's funny? something i've readed yesterday. It was about how people from paris should treat foreigners. Because the gouverment thought people in france were always so rude to others (which obvious is very very true) So they spread brochures in their capital, in which stood: treat toerist with respect, be helpfull to show them the way, and where you can try to speak in their language.

Je suis très fière de parler français car c'est la langue la plus romantique. De plus, quand je parle anglais avec mon accent français québécois les femmes en sont folles ;)

Haha même chose ici, l'accent québécois + l'anglais = win lol. De plus, notre "slang" est juste assez agressif et sec pour palier au manque de... comment pourais-je l'exprimer... rudeure du français de france. C'est mon opinion du moins, bonne journée!

Why do you think it's the first diplomatic language of the world ?... largely better than our english ?

You know, like i've discuss with other american linguist expert, there is something that is always said :

" In international communication, English is used because it's simple and easy, and French is used because it's the best."

A simple study learn people that French is a far more advanced language than English ! 

Of course i wouldn't talk about "romantic", "sexy accent" etc...because, even if it's true, for the larger opinion, it's still a matter of taste...

But about the language itself, from the most used language, it's the best, it's undeniable...

The only thing that had preserved us as the 1st universal language, was an agressive politic when US became the major actor on the global politic scene... (at the time of the WW, and Wilson presidency i guess... So you see it's not so far...)

The dark side of the French language, the thing that made it only the second most present language (as official one) it's that French language, as you can guess, is really complicated... Something normal in fact, technically, the more a thing is rich and evolved, the more it risk to become complicated...

 The main power of english, it's the perfect language of trade : simple, punchy, easy, direct...

And the other side, there's french, perfect language of human communication, treaty, speech, poetry and especially where no confusion and ambiguity is important : complete, nuanced, unambigous...

I could give terrible example of what our language has done, that use of French in diplomacy wouldn't had done : 

- At the UNSC , on Israeli-Palestinian conflict, several delegates regretted the use of English because the text on the 242 resolution says that "Israel must withdraw from occupied territories ",whose meaning can be "withdrawal from some occupied territories" OR "from all occupied territories "that made a big difference, that the French traduction (as largely understand in the UNSC...) wouldn't have made. A difference of meaning introduce because of the English language itself, with the consequence we know, where interpretation had made debate and death...

 I'm still proud of being american, but we had to recognize this fact that: French is the best language in the world...
