The cast of “Oz” is so talented it’s hard to pick one favorite, but B.D. Wong’s outstanding performance in the musical episode really set him apart from the others for me. Besides, Father Mukata is one of the few truly enjoyable characters on the show. While many of the criminals on the show are likable, they usually repay the audience’s sympathy by doing something horrible.
