Lightly toasted and buttered English muffins, pinned to the plate with a couple of slices of thick-cut oak smoked ham, supporting two runny poached eggs and topped with freshly made hollandaise sauce. Hmmm. Can think of no better way of welcoming the weekend. Oh, except for an accompanying extraordinarily large mug of strong-but-milky tea.

Yes…but with salmon instead of ham,Aunt Ginny’s Homemade Hollandaise and a bit of caviar on top. And Kona coffee in the mug!
Can’t vouch for the coffee, but man, I wish I could be arsed to make this every morning! I need a butler!
