The dracula from the films has not to do with the dracula’s on book… The original Dracula can walk in daylight…
the beginning of the wood, when the guy is in the castle? and dracula climbs down the wall? it scares the hell out of me.
The best Dracula has to attract us. He must also scare us. He must be sexy. He must entice,seduce and convince us that he does indeed have ‘something of the night’ about him.
The original Dracula is in fact Vlad Tepes (Vlad the Impaler) a romanian prince who ruled Vallahia (now the south part of Romania) and scared the shit out of the otomans. He was very cruel and used to impale everyone who disobeyed him. I know all this because I’m from Romania and I asure u that the real story with Vlad Tepes is much more interesting than the one present in Bram Stoker’s book.
I don’t drink. . . . . (wait for it). . . . .wine!
Thanks for the lesson redhimihai, most people don’t know that. No, Vlad was not a very nice person, face it if your nickname is the impaler, you don’t want to stick around to find out why!
I watched the first Dracula film with Bela Lugosi, there were some people speaking Hungarian. ^^
And the film was AWESOME. /me worships :)
The real Dracula is much more interesting than the one presented in the books/movies. ;))
