This is so complicated. I see that further down the list is 'The Doctor' from Star Trek. I think that that name should be reclaimed by this character who was 'The Doctor' for 32 years before Star Trek introduced their doctor. And over 46 years, the Doctor has become such a familiar name that it should be recognised. Also, a character from the 1965, 66 films featured Peter Cushing playing a human character named 'Dr. Who' so this character can't be called Dr.Who, he must be called the Doctor. Then call that Star Trek character a holgraphic medical thingemygig.
