Dr. Phineas Waldolf Steel is a man with a dream. A dream to make the world peaceful and fun for everyone using music, comedy and fun! He dreams into making the world a utopian playland, where the main objective is to have fun and be happy all day. Robots will clean up, work, help solve problems, ect. Dr. Steel is building an army of “toy soldiers” (a peaceful army of people) to help spread positive propaganda using comedy and laughter and help people join the toy soldier army.
