Donna Noble is a fictional character played by Catherine Tate in the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. A secretary from Chiswick, London, she is a companion of the Tenth Doctor, appearing in one scene at the end of the final episode of the 2006 series, "Doomsday" (named in the credits only as "The Bride"), and in the second Christmas special, "The Runaway Bride". The character returned as The Doctor's sole full-time companion for the whole of the fourth series in 2008. In the last episode Donna became half time-lord.

Why does everyone hate her and Tegan so much? They’re my favourite companions!
I won't lie, I never did like Donna Noble until she had like absorbed the doctor's personality or whatever. Then she was a bad ass... but she left, and now I'm sad. That was like the most BA thing ever.
And no one liked her because she was always whiney and bitchy.
