well u have never been to where i live then have you .. if ya no the person having the party you can go invite your firend and they invite more . . where i live the more the merrier and nobody cares how old ya are if ya wanna get drunk do it just dont let ya parents noo .lol by the way i dnt get drunk i rarely drink at all
there are things called Underages here in Melbourne. but anyway these type of partys are fucking awesome because you go, make friends, drink up, go nuts and nothing matters. its so sweet
