this place ! it is wonderful

This site is flawed and unfair to artists.

Their user agreement license states they have a non exclusive, royalty free, timeless, right to use any work you upload to their site in any manner they deam fit.

This is unfair to the artists submitting and it is dangerous (at least to those on the site that are actually producing worthwhile art) because at any time they can decide to make money off another’s art.

It’s a nice place for people to get their art out there, but the community has gone down the drain in terms of serial favorite adders, elitism, whiners, etc. I love being able to see my friends’ art so easily, though.

That part of the user agreement is only there so that they can make thumbnails out of the images. Chill.

DeviantART is pretty fun. :D
