Argues for a vision of the world where an expansion of “freedom” (read basic human rights) is the means and ends of all development. V. interesting. Shit loads better than rampant capitalism.

technically, i think this would lead us to ‘nice capitalism’ (not that there’s anythign wrong with that!)
