However, my book is not a biography of DeForest Kelley. Terry Lee Rioux’s book FROM SAWDUST TO STARDUST is the only biography of Kelley. My book is a personal memoir of my 30 year association with DeForest and his wife Carolyn. It is receiving 5-star reviews at on-line bookstores. I’m happy about that but do not want potential readers to think they will be getting a biography when you buy my book.
The two books are like comparing apples and oranges. Both are vital in gaining a true understanding of the man who brought us Leonard “Bones” McCoy and all the other wonderful characters he portrayed in a 50+ year career.
