I went cycling for the first time in ages today.

I hear you! I've been cycling for about 20 years, I can do a pretty decent length ride with no problem, but the first ride I went on- Let me put it this way, if legs could talk mine would have been saying, "WTF! Yell"

just started up with my friend and cant get enough of it i wish we had bikes instead of cars that would solve alot of problems
