Crying till There Are No Tears Left

Nothing is better than a long cry when I'm feeling down.

Exactly everything is better once the stress is released out of the body through tears of love, pain, or just overall stress.

The best thing to get everything out of my heart T-T

but I haven't cried for such long time and I feel sooooo bad now

let go of tears from boiled up inside emotions....could be pain,loss,happiness or excitement......it aint always bad you know and your emotions need to be washed away sometimes or quite often NOT to become depressed and stuff.....let it go ........never fight them
