Coca-Cola Cherry is a soft drink produced and distributed by the Coca-Cola Bottling Co. It was introduced in 1985 as Cherry Coke. It was the third variation of Coca-Cola at that time (the others being classic Coke and Diet Coke) and the first flavored Coke. Diet Cherry Coke was introduced in 1986, and renamed “Diet Coke Cherry” in 2005. Cherry Coke was long available in diners and at drugstore counters, when cherry-flavored syrup was added to the Coca-Cola mix.

Cherry Coke is the best (I drink it all the time), but its current label and name sure aren’t. You can easily confuse a “Coca Cola Cherry” can with a plain Coke can if you’re not careful. The current name sounds like it’s trying to market to either Japan or Yoda. Ironically Japan recently had it reintroduced as Cherry Coke, and we all know Yoda’s more of a Pepsi man (it’s in his contract). The last label they used before that was pretty good, but my favorite one is still the 1994 one.
I don’t even want to go into what the new pinktastic 12-packs look like now (Gah! D:). Coca-Cola Company, why must you torture Cherry Coke so?

I can find it only when I go to the UK…in Italy it’s impossible to find anything different from “normal” Coke and Diet Coke! I WANT A CHERRYYYYYYY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am recently back into drinking sodas, and Cherry Coke has me hooked like a fiend. I am drinking one now, and it is 8:30 in the morning.
i like coke + the cherry is delicious = cherry coke is the best xD
