One of the smoothiest voices to come out of the 1970’s. Glorious, Marvelous and Superb! She left us much too soon. There was years of music left inside her vocal cords. Those of us who know her vocal gifts miss her very much—her memory lingers in the recordings and legacy she has left the world.
I love her voice!!!! For me, Carpenters mean the ‘70s…that kind of atmosphere, I love it…And Karen’s voice is so special!!!!
Superstar is my fav song of Carpenters.
