Years ago I worked at Safeway as a bagboy. Bret's father Stu Hart would come in every week and spend about $1,000 on food. He had an old Cadillac or maybe a Lincoln, and we would fill every inch of this thing with groceries. He and his family lived just down the road from my parents house. For a guy in his late seventies he was a monster of a man! His fist was like the size of my head! Stu and his family were very well known around town. After safeway I worked at a coffee shop and Stu's wife and daughter-in-law would come in most weekdays. I was training under Ki C Yoon (Hap ki do) at the time, one day Bret came in to meet my master. Well as you know Bret is a big boy, 6 ft, 230+ lbs., my master who stood about 5'8", maybe 175lbs. showed Bret a few hand grabs and pressure points. Let's just say Bret left there slighly humbled...
