On January 5th 2009, Boys Before Flowers, the Korean version of Japanese manga/drama/anime Hana Yori Dango started. Hana Yori Dango's Taiwanese version is known as Meteor Garden starring Barbie Xu and the Taiwanese boy band F4.
Geum Jan Di (Kim Hye Sun), the Korean counterpart of Makino Tsukushi starts Shin Hwa College after an incident whilst delivering clothes from her family's dry cleaning store to the college, shortly, she encounters the four richest and most spoilt boys, the F4 (Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Jung, Kim Bum, Kim Joon).

I came across this drama by accident while browsing through utube, and I'm totally hooked now. Because I couldn't wait for the next episodes, I went ahead and watched Hana Yori Dango in one sitting. So far I can't decide which one I like best. There are enough differences between the two versions for me to like them both for different reasons.
