The best way to wear it is by pairing it up with red, pink, or blue eyeliner or even eyeshadow. I never put too much on, unless of course I'm going to the mall, movies, or a party/rave.

black is best color. it must not be heavy or vulgar as any other makeup, it traps the color of your eyes showing the light and the beauty they shine.
