What is weird: In the lyrics written by Bill you cannot read anything happy. It sounds more desperate, sad and thoughtful. How can it be that a sad song makes the fans so happy? And it is no exception: there is almost no song that is happy from the beginning and full of energy. All songs have something sad and deep in the melodies, in the sounds, and in the lyrics. But why doesn't Bill write funny party songs?
Normally the TH-Front man should be full of joy: he's living his dream, he became a mega star by the age of 15. He celebrates his success all over Europe. Everywhere the fans are screaming his name, singing along to his German songs, although some of them don't even understand the lyrics. Bill can sing his feelings off his soul as millions of fans listen carefully. In addition, his brother Tom is always by his side. So Bill should be the happiest boy on this planet. But in contrary to Tom he always seems closed up and all to himself.
"Bill is simply much more emotional and sensible than I am," Tom explains of his brother. But there is something else that differs the two of them: While Tom has always groupies around him, and doesn't make a secret of hot nights, Bill often seems 'voluntarily' lonely. Well i think Bill is HOT!! I would never have thought of bill kaulitz as someone that I would be interested in, until after I read about how caring he is, and he is not one of those guys who just has one night stands, n that he sensitive! Umm... What? Robert Smith of The Cure isn't gay. Yes he wears make up, and it's rather lovely but, he definitely NOT GAY. In fact he is happily married to Mary Poole. So I'm pretty sure he knows his sexual prefrence. There was no question about it (through the course of his life he wrote multiple songs about her, thats not gay). And he doesn't look like a girl at all. It's very obvious he's a guy. So I don't understand what your saying. Is it that guys shouldn't wear make up? Cause I think guys can if they want. I think some guys look really good in makeup (like BILL) and should continue to use it.
Oh and PS: Just because your daughter listens to Tokio Hotel doesn't mean that your son is gonna go and dress up like Bill (though he should cause Bill has good tastes). Plus if your son is 18, isn't he a senior in high school or something like that? Senior's are kind of the top of the food chain so to speak. You don't see zebras kicking the shit out of a lion do you? So he probibly would be made fun of (maybe by other seniors) but not beat up. And Bill was made fun of too. But he made it out ok, and look where he is now. Also after high school who's gonna care what you look like? His friends would understand if thats the way he wanted to dress.
