I live in Edinburgh Scotland and during the month of August we have the biggest cultural arts festival in the world. 24/7. Which is just as well, really, because the rest of the year the city relies on being fantastically pretty, like a model who has fallen asleep and dribbling slightly out of the side of the mouth. Anyway, I saw Bill and someone who was presumably a friend, going into a restaurant on Dundas Street called… yes, you guessed it, ‘Baileys’. And why not, I say. He is a splendid use of space, didn’t hit anyone who came up to him to ask for his scribble. A very, very silly man. There is a god and Bill knows where he lives.
