You know, reflecting on yourself as a person and who you are, wny you do the things you do and are the way you are, and what you want out of life. Too many people prattle along without even understanding themselves and their motives. Self-analysis is good.

I agree. The more you understand about yourself, the more you understand about the world around you, and how you fit into it. A lot of people come to me for advice and some of my so-called wisdom, when if they would just shut up for a minute and listen to themselves, they would have come to the same conclusion. I tried to point that out to one lady, and she looked at me like I had just grown two heads or something. (sigh) I guess ignorance IS bliss.
