Digg is really only for computer geeks without a life. If you want actual news not useless trivia that only appeals to web developers and IT wannabees then BBC is the best in the world. The BBC is fairly conservative but the site offers in depth reporting on world issues. The site is really east to navigate and incorporates editorials and reader-response commentary. It’s also available in several languages.

The BBC is NOT conservative. If anything, it’s accused of a liberal bias! In my opinion though, it’s neither… just good quality reporting that makes FOX News looks like it was made by chimps. Oh wait.
