Balki Bartokomous

I love Balki because of his courageous and generous heart. How many of us would have the balls to leave the only we'd ever known and go halfway around the world to an alien land whose language we barely know?

I also admire that Balki didn't let the seemy underbelly of American life embitter him. He became wiser to the way things were, but still retained his positive outlook on life. 

Balki knows how to live in the moment; to learn from unpleasant experiences, but not dwell on them, to learn that not everyone is trustworthy, but not hold grudges against them. 

Not to mention, he's just so cute!
