When Ai, a teenager, moves into Animal Village, her life is changed forever. Immediately, Tom Nook, the town's salesman, soon has her working for him to meet all the furry, feathered, and reptilian citizens of her new home. Along the way, she befriends Sally, a friendly elephant who dreams of becoming a designer, Bouquet, a zealous and outgoing cat and Yu, a mysterious bug-loving boy always dressed in the most outrageous costumes.
