Angel Food Cake is not the same thing as Sponge Cake!
But I agree that HOME MADE Angel Food Cake is the BEST thing in the world. It must be made totally from scratch though... no box mixes!
Its one of the least fattening cakes there is too. Its excellent plain or with fruit such as strawberries or any othe kind of berries.
This is my FAVORITE kind of cake!!!!!!!!
