The relationship between Dominic and Anemone is unique and really different than the one Eureka and Renton has. At first, Anemone never even consider Dominic and rather consider her id instead. As time progress, Anemone finally accepts Dominic and then their relationship began in season four, which was pretty late. Project Eureka never really stated what happened to them eventually, but I believe that like Eureka and Renton, Anemone and Dominic lived a happy life and maybe they too might have a kid or two. But, this relationship does help make Eureka Seven better, not that it's already superb with Eureka and Renton.
