It would never work in practice but the theory is good.
The theory is good and it has worked in practise.
Au Contraire mon Amie!!!! It will work. You are assuming absolutely NO rules. Anarchy based on the idea that the only control mechanisms are the the voluntary ones of local community agreement. Each community of people interact voluntarily with each other for the good of the community as a whole. Too many people confuse Anarchy with Rugged Individualism. In Anarchy, people AGREE to cooperate with each other.
