A Dozen Furies was an American metalcore band.
Formed in 2003, A Dozen Furies rose to prominence by competing on MTV's Battle for Ozzfest, in which they ultimately won. Marc Serrano (ex-Unloco), the band's guitarist, was chosen to represent them on the contest. Their prize included $60,000 in cash, musical equipment from Gibson, a recording deal with Sanctuary Records through the Ozzy Ozbourne's now defunct Divine Recordings label, and a second stage slot on the 2005 Ozzfest tour.On April 23, 2006, the band called it quits, stating that wrong things fell into place at the right time.
they where one of the best metalcore fucking bands...Still miss this band.
