666 is the BEaST…
actually the number of the beast 616 the book of revalations was mistranslated by who ever first translated it first med the mistake and nobody else had been boterd to re-translate it untill recently srry but its 616
How are we sure it was mis translated?
in 2005 a new translation of the earliest known copy of the book of revelations clearly shows it to be 616 not 666. the 1700 year old papyrus was recoverd from the rubbish dumps of the city of Oxyrhynchus in egypt and dechipherd by a paleographical research team from the university of Birmingham lead by proffesser david parker. The controversy has been aroound since the second centry ad. Aversion of the bible citing the numberof the beast as 616 was castigated by St Iranaeus of lyon(c.130-200 ad) as “erroneous and spurious” . Karl Marx’s friend Friedrich Engels analysed the bible in his book “on religion” (1883). he too calculated the number as 616, nt 666.
