hi afifah! i noticed you voted for “put your head on my shoulder”...did someone really sing that to you as a kid as well? that’s one of the great things about this site, when you add something you think is unique to you and then by coincidence you’re reminded – not to sound lame – that people are connected in more ways than we think.
btw i like your stuff, it reminded me of a bunch of items i have not yet added. :)
yeah, kids shows are awesome. i get so excited when i find some busted up vhs copy of like captain planet or dino riders hiding in my local video shop. viva la vhs! i love the nostalgia but sometimes it’s disappointing…you know, when it’s just not the way you remembered it. still, i do enjoy pulling out “the chipmunk adventure” every now and then. and you’re right, something about that music is really soothing…that old cliche of taking you back to simpler times.
by the way, how weird is the comment system on this site? it’s like, do i reply on my page or theirs??? ;)
